For close to two decades, I was affiliated with the Avaition industry having the privilege to serve some of the best five-star airlines in the world, handling a broad range of cross-functional responsibilities with expertise in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development & Coaching. Having lived in the Middle-East, I feel privileged to have worked and interacted with more than 150 nationalities in a global yet multicutural environment thus making my outlook diverse in nature to hold customer centricity as an integral part of myself.
As a Coach, I drive my clients to see the unseen that unleashes their highest level of potential, bringing the best out of them so that they feel fully engaged, experience growth and success. I am fascinated by human behavior and believe that there is a gift to be discovered in every new relationship that occurs.
